My name is Emily McDougall. I am a licensed psychotherapist and founder of Bloom.

Bloom began as a simple idea: Create a space that offers my clients a wellness experience that enriches the mind, body, and spirit – the whole self.

We tend to compartmentalize our wellbeing, often ignoring that if one part of the triad is off, the whole system is off. Wellness refers to being your best self within a full and balanced life – a strong mind, a healthy body, and an engaged spirit.

As a dedicated therapist and life coach, I am committed to guiding you towards a life of emotional well-being, self-discovery, and empowerment.
